Doctoral Studies

Örebro University and Dalarna Univesity have been working in cooperation since 2003 to offer a high-end third cycle education, in cooperation with other universities and research institutes in Sweden. Since 2003, XXX students have been granted with a Ph.Lic. (Philosophy Licenciate) and XXX students have received their PhD, through the cooperation between Dalarna and Örebro. The PhD students have graduated from diverse fields, mostly in XXX and XXX. As of 2010, out of the Swedgrad partners, only Örebro university has the right to provide the education PhD students, but cooperation in research has been made possible by the common work of both institutions.

The admission process for third cycle studies is not centralized. This means that the interested candidate, holder of a Master's degree in a relevant field, should contact Örebro Univesity with the appropriate documentation.
